We are Dos Lados (two sides); brand and demand, creative and analytical, husband and wife. We’ve also worked on both sides of the business, corporate and agency.

Our Process.

Marketing isn’t a one-ingredient recipe. To get continuous growth and improvement, you have to think about everything that goes into the mix – the brand, audience, value props, core messaging, competition, and your business goals. To that end, we’ve developed a four-step process that includes: Discovery, Strategy, Execution, and Optimization. At the end of it all, you’ll have a recipe for success, and a marketing engine that gets results.

 

Discovery. In this stage we do a deep dive into the brand and your existing digital footprint. We strive to understand who you are, what you stand for, who your customers are, and what they think of you. Before we make any changes, it’s critical that we understand what’s currently working and what’s not, and more importantly why it is or isn’t working. The discovery phase is structured to help us gather the insights that drive the strategy.

Strategy. Before we hit the “go” button, we need a plan. A clear strategy is the most crucial part of the project, as it sets the direction before we start the process. Would you build a house without a plan or a blueprint? Core to the strategy phase is developing the priorities. Every good strategy starts with a clear understanding of where to focus first and what needs the most work. For example, there’s no point on doing digital advertising if your website can’t convert.

 

Execution. The execution phase is where we put our strategy into action. We align our process and tactics with your business goals, and establish how the engagement will progress, who is involved, and what’s expected from all stakeholders. Have a look at our services.

 

 

Optimization. Marketing is an ever changing and evolving discipline. Staying ahead of the curve and adapting to change is how companies win. Key to successful marketing programming is to measure, test, and modify. Continuous optimization is how results happen.
